anyone know where i can find the 45 version (3:15) of vangelis "chariots of fire-titles" on cd....the only versions i can locate are the lp versions which run (3:30) or so....

I have searched high and low, and to my knowledge, the exact US 45 edit has never been issued on CD...
But the good news is that it's easy to recreate with a simple audio program, such as Magix Audio Cleaning Lab I mentioned in the "Amadeus" thread. All you have to do is shave off the front of the 3:30 version up to where the single starts, and you've got the 45 version. The 3:30 version just has a slightly longer intro than the 45.

the 45 info was never reflected in the db from this old entry...
