My dj copy of "Keep On Dancin'" by Gary's Gang runs 3:38 not 3:45 as stated on the record label. Does anyone have the commercial 45 to verify the actual running time?

No. "Keep on Dancin'" peaked at #41 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles in 1979. It must have performed a little bit better on other charts to be included in Pat's Top 40 Music on Compact Disc book.
