Hi Pat.

Not sure what happened, but database is showing I've had simultaneous log-ins. Even tried shutting down my computer and restarting and I'm still getting them.

Not sure if it's me or if others are having the same problem. I'm guessing it's me, otherwise I'd see a lot more messages.

Thanks, Pat. Whatever you did it works now.

I'm having the same issue that Doug refers to above. I have the message that I'm "still logged in on another computer. You must first log out from that computer. A simultaneous log in attemp was noted to you account. Multiple such attemps may lead to suspension of your subscription.>

So I turned off my computer, and turned it back on. And I tried to log in but I still get the same error message. I know this issue has been discussed here before but my searches of the chat board have led only to this post. What is the solution? How can I log off when I can't get back into the database or log on?
