I know that "Lets' All Chant" was discussed in another
thread a while back but I didn't see its own
discussion.

I have both the 45 version and the 12" Single versions
on several CDs in the database:

Rebound 314520309 Disco Nights Vol. VII - D.J. Pix
(12” single version)

Varese Sarabande 5787 Let's All Chant: The Michael
Zager Collection (12” single version)

Essex 7083 The Best Disco Album In The Universe
Volume 3 (12” single version)

Varese Sarabande 302066465 Disco Classics (45
version)

Work 69102 O.S.T. The Last Days Of Disco (45
version)

To me, all sources seem to be sourced from vinyl.
Does that seem to be the case? If so, should the
database note this?

The only tape source that I am aware of is the reissue
of the "Let's All Chant" LP on Cherry Red Records (UK)
which includes a 3:02 version (which I am assuming is
the 45 version) and a version which they call the "12"
version" which is unfortunately shorter than the 12"
single version (shorter intro and fades a bit
earlier).
Additionally, that same 12" Single version is on Grand
12 Inches Vol. 1.

Does anyone know if the 45 version exists from a tape
source?

Doubt there is a tape source, as the Private Stock tape
archive has been long gone.
I turn up the good and turn down the bad!

The database lists all versions that are not the 12" Single
Version as 45 versions.

Does anyone know what the differences are between the LP
and 45 versions? The times seem to be comparable.

Thank you.

The original LP contained the 45 version. MM

Thanks Mark. That being said, I guess the database should
be updated with the "45 version" notation removed.

Or the notation could also be "45 and LP version"
