Was there ever an LP version where Parts 1 and 2 were tracked together? Or are they two separate tracks?

On my "Don't Knock My Love" vinyl LP they are 2 distinct tracks with very little time between tracks.

More like .5 sec to 1 sec. Definitely no overlap of sound between the two cuts.
