The long side is in mono:

I would assume the Edited Version on the flip side is as
well. Promo 45s, that early, if it didn't say "stereo" on
the promo it was probably mono.

Looks like a stereo promo exists for "Natural High," though, Rich:

They only show the mono label side, but they list it as stereo on one side and mono on the other.

Could anyone who owns the London commercial 45 of "Natural
High" double-check to hear if it isn't very narrow stereo
instead of mono (or normal stereo)?

I used to own it, and I recall that was the case with my
pressing.

Thanks!

Andy

Another one that appears in stereo on this 45 promo is Alice Cooper's Hello Hurray, which the list has as mono. The edited version is mono but if anyone can find the edited version in stereo on a 45 much appreciated.

Nice find. Always try to justify stereo where I can in my Jukebox collection. Now I can!

Well, that's because the list is exclusively comprised of
commercial releases. It wasn't intended to include promos.

YouTube poster The45Prof has copy "Never Let You Go" that plays stereo instead of mono, and it's a stock copy, not a promo, that's pictured in the video.
